Primary care is the cornerstone of healthcare, and the amazing professionals working within it have shown extraordinary resilience and dedication, especially during the recent global challenges. However, the strain is palpable, and the wellbeing of staff is paramount if we want to keep primary care going and continue doing what it does so well. Recognising this, our partnership aims to support in two significant areas: Staff Wellbeing and Quality Improvement (Qi) within QOF.

Why People Wellbeing? People Wellbeing has been at the forefront of enhancing employee wellbeing and engagement. Their holistic approach, covering mental, physical, social, and financial domains, aligns perfectly with our mission at Venn Health. Together, we aim to create a comprehensive solution that addresses the unique challenges faced by Practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
