In 2019 Tina Teague and James Davies co-founded Venn Health with a shared aspiration to strengthen the backbone of the newly emerging Primary Care Networks.

Our initial vision was to be a support service for PCNs as they grow and flourished.

United by a belief in the power of primary care, we set out to equip healthcare providers with the tools and strategies necessary for success in an ever-evolving landscape.....then came the pandemic!

Tina Teague

Tina Teague has over 20 years experience in the NHS encompassing service design, quality improvement, organisational development, change management and service resilience. She has held senior roles in acute, community and primary care and is passionate in supporting Primary Care development and sustainability

James Davies

James Davies has held various positions during 15 years in Primary Care including Managing Partner of a large CQC rated outstanding practice, Primary Care consultant focusing on IT optimisation and Data Analysis. He has a broad skill set including Practice Management, organisational, strategic and people skills.

Tim Davies

Tim Davies has a wealth of experience gained over 10 years in practice management, PCN management, service delivery and the commissioning environment. He is skilled in IT optimisation and clinical system support enabling primary care organisations to maximise the impact from their digital tools and platforms..

Karen Button

Karen Button has 30 years experience in the NHS spanning community pharmacy, prescribing advice and medicines management, commissioning and primary care management including general practice. Karen enjoys converting strategy through to practical, operational implementation and workforce planning across primary and community care.

Denys Rayner

Denys Rayner has had a successful career working at the highest level in areas including strategy and organisational change. He now applies his knowledge and broad skill set to the health sector supporting Primary Care to change the way that it works to improve patient provision and long term sustainability.

Gary Hughes

Gary has a successful record over 15 years in general practice, PCNs and GP provider federations. He is a skilled, leader, facilitator and educator and has an MBA and PGCMDE. His passion is developing strategy, leadership and managements capabilities to achieve success for individuals and organisations.
